Easter basket

I had been eyeing Easter baskets since January. Specifically Pottery Barn Kids Easter baskets. But, the price tag made me hold off. So on President's Day when they had free shipping, I went for it. Isn't it pretty? AND she can use it every year so I totally think it's worth it.

About a week and a half ago, I decided to buy hair ties for Danica. Her hair is getting long and it's always in her face. She won't keep a bow in to save her life. So, we tried out pigtails. She actually kept them in! And she looked adorable. Proof:

An odd winter

I hate winter. After Christmas is over, there's really nothing great about it (except my birthday of course). Everything is so gray and cold and blah. Luckily, this winter has been somewhat warm so we have gotten outside and been able to play! That itself is a blessing for us since Danica goes stir crazy so easily. I absolutely cannot wait for SPRING!
